Bluehost DNS setup for BlogPath

Add the CNAME in Bluehost so BlogPath serves your blog from yourdomain.com/blog.

What you are configuring

  • Record type: CNAME
  • Host: blog (or the subdomain you set in BlogPath)
  • Points to: proxy.blogpath.io
  • TTL: default

Steps in Bluehost

  1. Log in → Domains → pick your domain.
  2. Go to the DNS tab.
  3. Scroll to CNAME (Aliases) and click Add Record.
  4. Host record: blog.
  5. Points to: proxy.blogpath.io.
  6. TTL: default.
  7. Save.

Apex note

Use a subdomain for BlogPath. Keep apex A/ALIAS on your main site and set BlogPath fallback origin to that main site.

Verify

Use BlogPath DNS checkVerify. Remove any conflicting A/AAAA record for the same host if verification fails.
